The strength of my pills is .5mcg. You will need to ask the pharmacist
how that relates to units, I have no idea, and, sorry, virtually no
time. The nine day delay has been very hard on me and I have not been
able to put my mind to other things. Like the packages that only need
to be addressed and taken to the PO.

Tomorrow I do the liquid fast, take the mag citrate, which I have yet to
buy, at noon. Friday morning we will leave for SF at 9am, my
appointment for prep is 12:30 and surgery is scheduled for 2:30. I will
be very surprised if it is on time, had I been operated on last week,
the surgery would have been almost two hours past the scheduled time and
one of the aides told me that is not unusual. So if it takes us longer
to get there, I will not be concerned.

I will probably be in the hospital Friday and Saturday nights, hopefully
go home Sunday, when there will be light traffic. The Bay Bridge is
closing tomorrow at 8pm, but I want to do my prep at home, not sitting
in a hotel room in SF so we will be going the long way around.

In this last year, I have become very unreliable, Joe was always
unreliable, a bad mix. I try not to make promises because I know I
might not be able to keep them. Afterwards, I have high hopes that I
will regain myself. I surely do not want to live the rest of my life
this way.

Thanks for asking,

Helen
