Marion, just wondering. Have any idea idea what size pill/tablet, etc will you have to swallow? Hopefully, it will jump start your system? I thought vit d deficiency was a thing of the past, here in the US. Once medi/medi approves it, it will cost me $3.20 or $1.10, or even nothing. Can't beat that, not even at Walmart. LOL Have a good night, my friend. Now, I know that some of us may need several times that, but Walmart has a two bottles for six dollars of something like 60 1000 IU vitamin D3 pills each. Pharmacies and others do not sell them like that, over the counter. Thanks for the tip though. Have a great day. Thank you for being so understanding Sharon. I hope you are feeling well and have a wonderful week. I thought it was bad enough when I was young to see chickens and piglets and know eventually they would turn up at supper. I did not eat that night, well I did but my mom respected my attitude and fixed me something else. Of course there were several dairy frmers in the family with eggs/chickens and several butchers from a great gradfather whomwas in the Civil war to several uncles and even cousins. None left in farming or the butcher trade now but none of them would have done hat sort of thing to a child! I can understand you not caring to eat meat.
